The Dental Hygiene and Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs at our Thornhill campus are currently not yet accredited by their respective accrediting bodies.
The Dental Hygiene program will go under review by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada (CDAC).
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography program will undergo review through Accreditation Canada (AC) EQual, which oversees national standards for health education programs, including sonography.
Our Ottawa campus already holds full accreditation for its programs, ensuring students there meet national standards of training and professional readiness. We are committed to providing the same level of academic excellence and rigor at the new Thornhill campus. However, since this is a new location, the accreditation process must be completed again.
Accreditation is a rigorous process that ensures programs meet national standards for education and professional readiness. We are committed to transparency throughout this process and will provide updates as they become available.
