To celebrate the holiday season CNIH students participated in a Random Acts of Kindness event. One student was selected each week during the holiday to be the winner of the competition. Students were nominated by their peers for acts of kindness they had demonstrated around the school and towards their classmates.
Our first Random Acts of Kindness winner was Baiping Niu. Baiping received many nominations from his peers. It is clear that his kindness toward his peers is noticed and appreciated. Congratulations! And thank you Baiping for making CNIH a great place to study.
Leo Cavero is the second ‘Act of Kindness’ award winner. Leo received several nominations from his peers acknowledging his kind deeds. His actions have helped to make CNIH a great place to study. Because of the small class sizes, the students get to know one another quite well. As such the students can really get to know one another and relationships can develop. Students at CNIH are like family and thus we see kind deeds quite often within the school among the students.
Our final Random Acts of Kindness winner is Nadine Naquib. Thank you Nadine for you kind acts. Your peers notice your smiling face and your helpful deeds throughout the year. In the month of December your kind actions were acknowledged. To all the winners keep up your kind actions, they make our school a better place to study.
I propose that we all look to our Random Act of Kindness winners for inspiration. We should all aspire to become more helpful and to perform more acts of kindness in our lives. Thanks to all of our winners for showing us how it is done!
