CNIH Dental Hygiene program has been approved
by the Ministry of Training Colleges & Universities.

In January 2007 Canadian National Institute of Health Inc. hosted The Office of the Chief Dental Officer of Health Canada at our facilities in Ottawa. This was a significant opportunity for both CNIH and Health Canada who were calibrating dentists from all over Canada to prepare for the oral health component of the Statistic Canada's Canadian Health Measures Survey (CHMS).
 
The results from the oral health component of the CHMS will contribute toward an understanding
of the current oral health status of Canadians. With this affiliation with Health Canada, CNIH has
contributed to bridging a gap in this knowledge that has been absent for over 30 years.
