Nanette Megill B.S., D.D.S., R.R.D.H. - Program Director Nanette Megill received her dental degree, with Honors, from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, New York. While attending Columbia, she was an active member in the Dental Honour Society and upon graduation her awards included, The International College of Dentistry Award and The Academy of General Dentistry Award. Following dental school, she completed a one year dental internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital, New Haven Conneticut. Her professional experience covers several decades, starting as a dentist in New York and in 1985 moving to Ottawa, where she began her teaching career in Dental Hygiene. She recieved her diploma in Dental Hygiene from Alqonquin College, Ottawa. Over the past 20 years of teaching, Nanette Megill has published numerous teaching manuals including "Principles of Client Assessment", "Oral Medicine" and co-writer of "Pain Management for Dental Hygienist's". She continues to provide dental hygiene services in a general dental practice and concurrently is Dean of Canadian National Institute of Health Inc., where she pursues an active role as professor and administrator.

Ann Raymond R.D.H. - Clinic Coordinator Ann Wiseman-Raymond RDH brings 30 years of dental experience to CNIH. Starting out her career as a Dental Assistant, then onto Dental Hygiene, she graduated from both programs from Algonquin College. Soon after Ann become a Clinical Instructor for the Dental Hygiene Program lasting a span of 24 years at Algonquin College. Always maintaining a position in a private practice, Ann has also taught numerous continuing education courses. Over the years she has been an examiner for the Ontario Colleges Dental Hygiene Practical Exam and served for 5 years on the National Certification Exam Committee which developed the first blue print for many exams. |
