Admission Process for Students
Required to apply:
1) Completed application form
2) Copy of transcripts
Required to apply:
3) Write entrance exam (with a grade of 60% or higher).Note: $150.00 examination fee to be paid prior to testing.
4) Interview with Office of Admissions
Required 30 days prior to first day Clinical Placement:
1) A completed physican’s note
2) A current police records check
3)A Standard First Aid/CPR Level C certification
* Must maintain current certification throughout the programs.
