Admissions

Admission Requirements :

• Secondary School Diploma with the majority of senior level courses at the College (C), University (U) or University/College (M) levels, or an Ontario High School Equivalency Certificate (GED), or Mature Student Status.
• Grade 12 English (C) or (U), TOEFL, IELTS or CAEL score or equivalent must be provided.
• Grade 11 Mathematics (C), (U) or (M).
• Biology - Grade 11 (C) or (U) or Grade 12 (U) AND
• Chemistry - Grade 11 (U) or Grade 12 (C) or (U) OR Physics - Grade 11 (U) or Grade 12 (C) or (U)
• Pre-Admission Testing.

Health Requirement

A confidential CNIH Health Information form, including mandatory Hepatitis B immunization, is required. A two-step TB test is mandatory. Students are required to have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certification prior to clinic experience. All costs associated with CPR/First Aid , Hepatitus B inoculations, TB tests and/or verification, are the responsibility of the student.
